Default Guys running rears narrowed 3" on each side

I have searched and most people are running wheels with 5" backspace.

My car is mini tubbed with offset lca's. My question is what backspace can I run to completely tuck a 315/60 15?

I am pretty sure that is close to what Brady had on his green car. They were all the way under.

You gotta be careful running anymore backspacing than 5 inches on a 10 inch wheel with a 3 inch per side cut, the wheel will hit the LCA bolt with relocation brackets....mine is VERY close.

You dont have to move it, make it skinny. Smaller spacers or no spacers.

I have 3" taken off each side, with the LCA move in, with the convo pros, 5" bs, they are not tucked in enough for me. I have a little over 3/4" available, between the 315 and the LCA. I'm thinking about going with a 5.5, I think that would b perfect with 3" off each side..

The 5.5 would be perfect with the 3inches off each side

Probably not gonna hit the lower control arm, the bolt through the lower control arm relocation bracket is the problem. You need to make the BRACKET on the rear end itself 1/2 it's original width and use smaller or no spacers.

The control arm stays as far to the inside as it can. In the front hookup point on the body.

Is it the wheel or the tire that comes close to the bolt? I measured and I have 6" to the bolt. Plus it looks like the bolt is just halfway outside of the rotors.

ls1408 that is a nice tuck. I already have the rear narrowed 3 and in the car though.

Thanks for all the responses!!

It is the wheel lip that is very close to my bolt, how wide across the back are those brackets? Mine are like 4 inches wide.

Alright thanks! Between what you guys say and trying to get some good measurement I am going to give the 5.5 backspace a shot. All else fails I'll just have to move some suspension around.
