Default Best flywheel

Since my tranny is leaking like a siv, what better time to upgrade my flywheel? I need to order an aftermarket lightweight flywheel which is way more dependable than the steel stocker. Need some recommendations on brands/types available and a PM or two with LS1TECH Sponsors.

Anyhthng else you would upgarde while the tranny is out if you were me? Maybe an aftermarket flexplate or something else?

steel weighs more and will need to be turned down eventually,
and can only be cut so far until it is unusable
so replacement is going to be inevitable.
aluminum flywheels have a friction plate
that can be replaced by bolting it on, so it is reusable
it will be less weight than steel as well.
besides the weight difference, there is a long term cost difference.
IMO
i am using spec 3+clutch/flywheel.

TCI flexplate here. I've had it for 3 years so far, no problems.

Thanks, I was looking at the Fadanza 2-piece, SLP, and Yellow Terra billet flexplates. I'll go research more now ... looks like the TCI is a pretty good option at only $199.99.

Looks like it will be the TCI ... doubt any of the more expensive ones would be any better.
