I see no reason this bar is needed, there is a double wall brace under the seat, drill through it and put an eyelit with two THICK fender washers on it and be done. Clip the crotch belt on.

the wolfe version has been holding my big *** in for 7 years.
the top bar does look a lil less desirable. maybe you got a bad one.
it happens.
madman stuff has always been good quality.
