Default Fuel cell Mounting

Im mounting my fuel cell in the rear of my car, the only question I have is if this will be NHRA satisfactory.

Im taking (2) 1" wide by 1/4" think mild steel flat bars from frame rail to frame rail and welding them in place also Im going to hang some flat bar from the top (where the old tank used to be) to use as extra support. The tank has 4 mounting holes which I will drill and bolt to the flat bar. The top of the tank where I would fill it up will be inside of the car but im going to weld in a new top over it with a access hatch to seal it from the driver compartment. Im trying to stay away from a firewall for the rear. So will this be satisfactory?

As long as it's inside a box, inside the frame rails, you're good.
