LCA are interchangeable. Now the torque arm if it's crossmember mounted on the stock bolt holes and also doubles as the trans mount platform then no it's not the same.

Calling the shop with specific questions is always a great idea... sometimes I wonder if the internet has disabled people's ability to pick up the phone and call.

Not at all, but a simple question like this I dont feel like wasting the guys time with.
I own my own business, I know how the phone never stops ringing for dumb questions. I figured someone on the board would know. thats all.

Yes, I have Madmans TA for my 88 IROC (yet to be installed). It does not have a trans crossmember, you can use the stock one. They told me the difference between 3rd and 4th gen versions is the crossmember length. You have to cut to fit for your subframe connectors.
