Dual Caliper Brake Lines

I'm putting on a Strange dual caliper rear drag brake setup. Do's any one make a line kit to go from the stock rear lines and then to the second caliper?
If not, what do you guys use. It's the 90 degree caliper setup btw. I searched Burkhart, Madman and Strange and didn't see exactly what I was looking for.

We can supply lines or fittings you may need.

Depending on your setup, you may also need bearing spacers which we fabricate in house and always have in stock.
