Default How much rake should you have need help?

Here is some pics of my car with these mods. Im having trouble with the car squatting then unloading the rear then I blow my tires off.
moser 12 bolt, QA1S R. Front set at 2 back set at 5 and 6, Rollover bar set to what I have read I THINK. Torque arm set at -2 at the yoke out of the pumpkin. I still havent taken out the rubber that the rear spring sets in.
Q. Does lowering the rear help with launching.
Does it help you lift the front end off the ground. Im Pulling the tires about a foot off the ground car unloads then they come back down. 28x10.5x15 in the back front tires are 165 x15
Here is the measurments with a tape centered on the fender. front from the ground to the fender is 25 3/4 the rear is 28 7/8 If I lower the back by taking the rubber out then will this change my rollover bar and pinion angle. thanks for any imput .
