I ran a set 2 season's ago, they didn't work bad. I had the best luck with them at about 15 psi hot, 13 psi cold, but the car was 3620 lbs then.

Best 60 foot I had with them was a 1.51, but I think if I put a set on now I'd have no problems getting into the mid 1.4's n/a

I've been 9.20s @ 145 or so, 1.30 60 foots on them (11.5x28), they work well.

I run them at 14psi cold w/tubes, they last me a long time, only thing is they put NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE on the side now even though they are DOT.

They put the warning on probably because someone either wrecked a car and tried to sue because they say "DOT" approved, either that or some tree hugger in a local government compalined to someone, and someone made a phone call or 2, that's how these things usually happen

Yea, the 'old' 11.5x28 QTPs didnt have that warming on them, i'm sure they got sued or were afraid to be sued if some genius decided to drive across the country in the rain.

I still street drove them, they still do have a DOT number on them, but if you get a cop in a bad mood thats not the best thing in the world to have printed on the side of a tire.

I'm running the 27x11.5s also and so far I've had a 1.62 on motor with them.

I did notice that the new ones have the DOT stamp on both sides but they also say "For Offroad Use Only, Not for highway use".
