Did you guy move the motor back a little? Guess it could be an illusion with all the stuff missing around the radiator

I got a chance to fire up the beast myself today, and it felt damn good to be behind the wheel again....even though it is a whole new animal now.
Anyways here's a few really crappy photos I took with a camcorder, but ya'll can get the idea.

Re: Pain is ALIVE Actually the motor is in the stock location. I just lenghtened the frame from the shock towers forward. (An old prostock trick)

The combo is just a little ole 422 LS1 with a solid roller and sheetmetal intake. We put a Dedenbear glide in for a trans. This has been the R&D project for our new motor plate, radiator, and FAST system. We also have our new OUTLAW torque arm on for added traction.
I bet thats gonna be one hell of a ride. Wade better watch out. Looks like the fastest ls1 is coming to texas! Way to go Brian!! Looks good LS1 Tech Stories

Looking very nice guys. I especially like the firewall in the rear. I guess that was all fabbed up by Brian and crew?
The air intake tube that worked well for the old 422 is, to small for this setup. Thats why the stock bellow is in place. There are also some suspension/drivetrain changes that Brian has recommended from day one, that eventually need to be done. We will get there.
This is going to be a good year for LS1's I think. There are ALOT of bad-*** projects coming out of the woodwork. We are gonna try and give some of em a run for their money.
