Shock binding on mount, better brackets?

Shock binding on mount, better brackets? Well I got off my *** to install Burkharts torque arm. I started to mock up the cross member and checked to see if the front mount point would hit all the holes.
As I pulled down on it my suspension was binding on something. So my wife helped me trying to diagnose the problem. Turns out the "custom" brackets I recieved weren't so "custom"
I had to grind the **** out of them just to free them up with the Spohn arm I had before but now with the new adjustability of Burkharts arm this snake reared it's had again.
Looking for brackets like these
But with more beef towards the bottom so I can cut the ones I have now off and weld them to the OEM mount.

Not by much. Mine are just cut smaller in the mount area. I had to modify mine by putting more radius(like you did on those) on them to clear. They were already far enough away from the housing.
From what little your picture show I am guessing you need to move the shock further away from the Housing?
