Chassis ?'s and Bmr xtreme TA
Chassis ?'s and Bmr xtreme TA I just bought this torque arm for a decent deal. How well does this torque arm feel in day to day driving. I have a stock firebird and want to see how fast i can go with chassis additions only. I also have hotchkis LCA's (not adjustable), adjustable Panhard Rod and 2 pt. subframe connectors. What other parts do you suggest. Still have stock sway bars, springs and shocks. I was thinking of using the 1" rear hotchkis bar since i can get a good deal on one. Thanks
The torque arm works fine on the street. If there are any questions, talk to Lee at BMR. He is a big help. I always match my stuff, suspension, motors, etc. I don't know how your suspension will work with the different manufacturers. If you are drag racing, the rear swaybar is the most important keeping the car straight, (BMR Extreme 1 1/4" and some welding). Strange is probably the best bang for the buck in shocks. Dual adj. for the front and single for the rear, (unless you want to spend more). Afco's are the best. Your Hotchkiss 1" bar may work if you can get the deal.
