Kirkey Pro Drags does this look safe??? I have a set of Kirkeys I really want to replace my stockers with. For the life of me I can't figure out how to mount these up because of the curved bottom the seats have. I have a pair of Corbeau brackets with sliders. Below is the only way I can think of bolting them up. Does it look sturdy let alone safe? The only other brackets I have seen that may work are Ed Quay ones but they are like $175 for just the driver seat.
I would prefer for them to be adjustable but this is all I could come up with. I would be putting bolts through the white dots marked on the brackets.

It will work. Put that other piece in and you will be fine.
That's alot of metal under there, too bad because I'm sure it weighs some.
The guy that did mine basically used a thick piece of round bar, one in front and one in the rear and welded tabs for the floor and seat bolts. pluse the roll cage mount of course. PM me your email if you want and I'll shoot you over a couple of pics of the set up. It looks real simple to make.

I mounted mine right on the back 2 stock seat studs, and attached it to the rollbar.
Seat is as solid as can be, gave me a bunch more head room too, with them up anymore I'd be beatign my head on the rollbar really bad, it's bad enough that the padding touches my helmet if I'm not sitting as low in the seat as I can.
