Default QA1 R front shock/spring assembly???

I recently purchased a used set of QA1's R's and 275lb springs. The Hal spring adjusters were missing so I called Jeg's and ordered 2 of the ***-100 coil over adjuster kits and 1 each 7888-110 spanner wrench and thrust bearing kit. I have played with this and have no idea how the spring adjusters assymble. The slotted circular piece in the first photo doesn't seem to fit on the spring or shock. Does anyone have a diagram or first hand knowledge of the proper assembly? The spring adjuster kits purchased were the part numbers both the seller and Jegs said were correct. Please help.

TIA

OK, so the factory upper spring retainer will be used.

Thanks

The thrust bearings go on the bottom of the springs against the adjusters.

Thanks Dennis, will my stock front upper perches work with the Qa1 R's and 275lb springs without modifying them?

here is a pic of mine, click on it to get to a larger one and you can see the washer and bearing between the bottom mount and the spring...

the springs i have from QA1 are made to be used with the stock upper isolator. My new AFCOs use a upper cup retainer and the springs are much narrower compared to the QA1s.
