Instructions for installing an air bag.
Just picked up a RR air bag from Thunder and it doesn't have any installation instructions.
Am I supposed to just figure it out or what? Guess it couldn't be that bad.
Where did you run your airline to?
Why is there a "T" connector and 2 valves?

Re: Instructions for installing an air bag.
Fold the bag up real tight, in half the long way. Put zip ties on it to hold it tight, spray a little oil on it to slide better, Jack the car by the sub frame so the spring hangs. Force the bag into the spring with the nipple cacing down. cut the ties, conect the hose to it, Run the line where ever you want. I ran mine across the rear of the cat and up threw the floor into that little empty space in the t-top compartment. That way is easy. I found mine works best set at about 4 psi on the drivers side and 6 on the pass side. Good luck, hope this helps

Thanks Noyzee.
I got it in, but it has a big gap from top to bottom. Is it supposed to have that?
I put 20psi in it and it still hooks to the right bad. Do I need more or what? Seems like the general consensus is 10 to 20psi.
:wtf:

I've put it in that way and it's a bitch.
Unbolt the bottom of the shock and then take the whole spring out, you run the risk otherise of tearing the bag.
You need to play with psi to see what works. I'd say 15psi or more or don't bother.
