Can a Racepak be used with a stock PCM? I've been searching some threads and couldn't come up with anything.

Has anyone heard anything bad about quality control with Autometer gauges? Are they as accurate as most of the manufacturers in the poll?

I know that just about any reputable gauge manufacturer will out perform the stock dash, but I was just curious on accuracy.

just about everyone uses them. i mean look at the poll just how many people replied. i would assume they be very accurate.

The reason I had asked is because I was tossing up the idea of a ful autometer dash or running a Racepak dash.

I have used Autometer for years and they have worked great!

Now that I'm older, I use RacePak's. Well maybe it's not because I'm older it's just a phase in my life.

I use Autometer and a Aem Wideband.. But i think the nicest gauges by far are Defi. They are very pricey, and use a little controller box that costs even more. They go black when the car isn't on. Very nice stuff.

I have a full set of Autometer Carbon Fiber's. I regret not getting the racepak ultradash for the BS3. It would have been almost the same price.
But the carbon fiber gauges are nice.

I have used Auto Meter Sport Comps without fail for 15+ years, but like the Stewart Warners but can't afford a full swap-over ($1200+).

Autometer is so popular it is would be hard for it not to be number 1.

Plus they pay contingency in many race series'
