Default front limiters increase 60'?

At what point do they start to work? How much travel should be in the front?

Mine feels like it comes up too far......full travel then pulls the tires 2 inchec or so..... Would limiters help my 60' at all.?

The center of the wheels travels below the bottom of the body. It seems to have way way more travel with tube a-arms up front and heim joints.

On my car I use them to control my wheel stands. My Brother's & Dad's cars do not have limiters on them and they are in the high 1.4's to low 1.5's 60fts. May not have answered your question but maybe this can give you some info.

They're more so used to keep the front end down on a car that likes to wheelie. Lifting the tires 2" is perfect.

.

As mentioned, they are usually not used until you can't keep the nose down.
Don't see very often on anything slower than 9.00-.50. Nothing is 100%, good luck.

Travel limiters, like Madman's, are adjustable. We have a few inches, 3-4, set up for my '98 Formula. Only picks up the fronts about 6 inches and the tire gap is about 4 inches. 1.35 best on DR's and it left easy.
