I just got rid of my heads and cam and looking for a new set up! I need to get up to date I know technology really stepped over the last 5 years, what kind of set up can I go with that will put me around 450 hp with out spray, I also want to keep it for my everyday driver, I hear allot of talk about AFR heads and trick flow but I'm not sure what to do.....what do you guys think?

 

go with a 408 w/any heads will be about 450 ish

 

is there heads and cam for my 5.7 that will make that much?
