My buddy is pretty much running the same combo, but he has the twin intercoolers still, and he is right at the 500hp mark. He is in same boat, he doens't want to push it anymore until he gets a built motor. These stock ls1s with prochargers are a blast to ride in and drive i think.
What RPM did you make the power at? Dynojet or Mustang dyno?

I am tempted to have it retuned and bump the rev limiter to 5800 but I also feel this setup is pretty safe. We'll see though.
It didn't take long to wreck the stock clutch. I went with a Spec 3+ and I wish I would have just spent the money to go with a Twin Disk. Next step is a Midwest Fab 9". I wish Eric would run a special on them!!!
Enjoy the Procharged LS1. They are definitely a lot of fun. Everybody on here has burnout but you can show everybody what real burnouts are: rolling burnouts!!

your just about at what i made, 488/433, in my 6.0, mild cam and P/P stage 2 heads, D1SC, 8 rib, 9 lbs, with vic jr and carb-in my chevelle, i ran 126 mph with a tight converter, went 10.68 @ 125 with a looser converter(all the gains in the 1/8)
the dyno #'s dont mean a lot, except making changes at the time-seen a lot higher hp cars running slower-would be cool to see some back to back testing with diff converter stalls, see how it affects #'s-i guess it could be done with a converter lockup though
you def have more room to add power, good #'s

Sounds right. Your dunno will read low. Be safe on that st co bottom. It will. Blow
I have an 8 rib D1SC kit. The car was seeing 8 lbs right at 5800 when it was shut off. 2001 car so it has the LS6 intake. It has custom made header and a custom ORY. It had a Loudmouth exhaust but I had the resonator cut out and put a Borla XR-1 in it. Still has a rasping sound which I can't stand. I would rather deal with the sound and spend money elsewhere right now.
