Low 10 seconds will not be possible with those heads/cam unless your car is 2800lbs, or you are throwing a 200shot on top of it. IMO

Ditto what he said. Depending on the accompanying bolt-ons, or lack thereof, you would see anywhere from 450-500 rwhp.
On a factory weight and factory suspension Z28 coupe; you'd need a LOT more then 4-500 rw ponies.
