MY Dyno Woes...
LMR tune

I will have Steven post more in the morning as it is late and I am ready to go home. But if you notice the Corection factor on our dyno is where it should be and like someone else pointed out this sunshine place is 1.14 and 1.09
The issue is what the driveability was, and what it is now... I'm not nearly as worried about the power its making, as I am about how it runs, and what that curve looks like... if it had a distributor and a carb on it, I would have started turning that timing out of it, and i would have changed the jets just by the way the car was running... I know black means rich, and stutter means rich/timing, I know that 200 miles to a tank in an M6 car with 3.42s and 358 HP is bad, and i know milky oil means water or fuel... so I hope you understand my complaints... maybe you hit a wrong key... who knows...
All you are doing is furthering my point... this guy might not know his dyno from a hole in his ***...(sorry Mike
) but my car is running right.i don't see how a correction factor would throw the curve off... the curve of the torque should stay the same unless something changed inside the engine right?

You then call me up a month later to tell me that your car was running bad. I said no problem, just bring it back in and I will take care of it 100%. Then you tell me you already had it retuned by someone else. Once you did that, I do not know what you were expecting from me. You then tell me how the car was running so bad yet you drove 4 hours home without a single problem. When I asked you why didnt you turn right back around if the car was running so crappy you then tell me it ran good for a week and then started acting up, which could be caused by a bad 02 sensor or in this case you trying to use your hand held diablo to tune the car(which I dont know because I am not there or a million other factors. I just think its funny you get on here and say how bad of a tune we did when you can clearly see your dyno graph looks absolutely perfect when it left. Im not saying they are good rwhp #'s but we didnt build the car or select any of the parts in it because if we did it sure as hell would be making more power than that.

Since we are making assumptions... (my diablo sport usage) I didn't say that I used it, and in fact, I pointed out that If I did, I was worried that it would screw something up... its in my storage... where it has been since 2006 when I had my car tuned the first time.
I suppose we will assume that this is my dyno sheet... I suppose I will also assume that there were no further "changes" made after these runs...
Everyone makes mistakes... not everyone will own up to them.
My drive home was pretty much smooth... I was following an FJ Cruiser... my wife, who I brought down there... I immediately went to school upon return to Killeen, so it took me awhile to get around to dealing with the car, and I took the logical steps of making sure it wasn't my fault before I called you back. I called all week the week before I had the car retuned, but there was no answer... I know you are all busy... so I understand that.
Why would I come back to you when you shortchanged me 3 times?
What I expected from you would be a simple acknowledgment of error. Better than the F-you get lost that I got when I called... Its not less than I expect now though.
I will have the person that tuned give his .02 as to what the car looked like when he pulled it the first time. Though this entire thread is Hearsay... I am not out to kill your business... as I said on the phone when I last talked to you, more like open your eyes.
One more thing... explain the change in the torque curve between your last run, and a run 4 weeks later?

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
I drove to houston with stock injectors in it... the 42# injectors were replaced on site at LMR... it was tuned... and I drove it home... with 42# injectors...
It was never driven on the new injectors without a tune... I dont believe the car would even run with that much a difference in injectors without being tuned...
