Locking The TCC When On Dyno

Locking The TCC When On Dyno
I've tried searching this,
The only thread that was close lasted less than six posts and dealt more with English grammar than the title suggested.
Is there anyone who knows and has experience how to lock-up the TCC on an A4 car with the 4L60/65. So that the dyno run can be done from say 2,500 up with it locked-up in 3rd gear and the 3>2 T.P. kick-down and 3>2 down-shift speed parameters inhibited?
I use EFI-Live so would be interested if any EFI-L users can confirm what I have attempted to understand, as I'm an M6 user just trying to be helpful for others.
