Default 323 vs 410 gears?

Hey guys i had my car dynoed with the c1 cam, headers, a ls6 intake, pulley, 3500 converter locked, air lid, basically all the bolt ons. The car had 323 gears. the results were 389 hp, 378 tq. I then had my heads ported and milled and put in 410 gears in and my results were 409 hp and 383 tq. So my question is how much did going to 410gears from 323 hurt my dyno numbers and torque?
I was thinking around 10 hp and maybe the same on torque?
