dyno question reguarding A4 trans

dyno question reguarding A4 trans when getting the car dynoed is anything changed like shift points or something??
the reason why i ask is because my car was dynoed 2 weeks ago and hasnt been shifting crisp. before the dyno pull if would chirp the tires going into second. now it kinda hesitates.
anyway i took it to the dealer because i had an ses going and he said while scanning the car for problems it came up the shift points have been altered (like a program or something, his words)
the ses has been going on before the dyno pull.
also my injector is dirty so my dyno numbers should be higher.

I just got my car dyno tuned Monday and he did adjust the shift points and kick down speed plus when the converter locks up. Maybe your dyno guy adjusted something and didn't get it back right. Hope that helps some.
