Default Help with Dyno results

I dont have a digital copy yet, but clarify something for me. Both cars were tuned by the same tuner, similar times of the year/weather.

Car 1: 2001 Camaro SS, a4, 3.23s, Magnflow catback, BBK LT/ory, UDP, ls6 intake made 333hp @5500 rpm and 341.53tq @4400 rpm. Approx 66k miles on car

Car 2: 1999 Trans Am, a4, 3.73s, lvl 2 trans, 3200 stall, Pacesetter w ORY, Random Tech Catback, SSRA, Ported TB made 321.12 @ 5500 rpm amd 324.49tq @ 5000 rpm Approx 153k on engine, new trans and rear have less than 15k miles

Both cars had fresh plugs and wires, with full quality fluid changes.

The 1999 Trans Am avg about 17hp/tq less across the board in comparison to the 2001 Camaro. Could this be from the stall and gears, or the ls6 intake and UDP on the SS? Thoughts?

The stall is really the thing that is making the difference here, but the loss is more than made up because I'm pretty sure your car is faster. It's only showing significantly less power on the dyno because of converter slippage. Your LS1 intake might be hurting you just a little too.

Well back to back dyno (30min break) from my SLP UD pulley I gained 2.2rwhp... so it does matter with that and the LS6 intake yes... with the intake i've heard ppl going from 7-13rwhp gains from ls1 to ls6 intake swaps... so hope that helps... a full bolt on A4s at most i've seen tuned was 345ish rwhp. M6s are 350 and up...

Thanks fellas. I was kinda at a loss, i knew the intake was a factor, but looking at the sheets side by side i was like WTF!!! I'm in the market for the intake and pulley. Also the SSRA should pay big gains up top correct, not so much on the dyno but on the street/track?
