Default A Complete List Of all My dyno runs

FWIW Here are my cars dyno numbers on 4 different dynos across 3 states all on different dates.
I just wanted to toss out an example of my car gaining from the mods I did.

tr220 + boltons 366rwhp cartek dyno locked 11/25/02 with closed borla exhaust
tr220 + stage 1 heads 393rwhp East side dyno locked 1/15/03 with dual exhaust
tr220 + stage 1 heads 380rwhp Lizard Dyno UnLocked 1/17/03

The above were done with a Vig 3200+ 3.23 gears

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------Gears
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
tr230/224 stage 2 heads 3.73`s 421rwhp Cartek dyno locked 6/09/03
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
tr230/224 stage 2 heads 3.73`s 416rwhp vette drs dyno UNLocked 8/18/03
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
tr230/224 stage 2 heads 3.42`s 423rwhp Vette Drs dyno locked 11/08/03
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
mti R1 232/236 stage 2 heads 3.42`s 431rwhp East side dyno Unlocked 2/10/04
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
mti R1 232/236 stage 2 heads 3.42`s 429.9rwhp East side dyno Unlocked 3/15/04
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
All stage 2 headed dynos were made with the vig 4000 multidisc converter. I only loose around 4-6 hp unlocked because this converter is so efficient.

I have never used a short belt or dynoed with no belts. I never opened my exhaust for the dyno. I never purchesed any parts from any of these places so there was no reason for any of them to fake my numbers. I think the #`s are right on target and where they should be. If you have a simular setup feel free to chime in.

Complete cam specs

TR 220/220 .557/.557 114
TR 230/224 .575/.569 110.5
MTI R1 232/236 .575/.578 112+4

Well then maybe my car isnt so bad
Your cam is big but my heads are big,I still say LS6 heads aint all that great compared to the LS1 but I could be wrong.

U have 3.42's VS my 4.10's
U also have Duel exhuast VS my single out the back

I'd say if u had my exhaust your car would lose 8RW and at least 10RW with my 4.10 12-bolt.My heads are better and your cam is bigger, its a wash.

That would put u at 436 locked then subtract 18RW = 418RW
If I can get 415RW out of my setup I would be close to that 418 and IMO is on par with your car?

Do u think I'm right?
I'm only speculating just for the record...

I think you are correct. The #`s would be right there next to each other. I think when you see how I gained my hp with each change I made it is very clear what has worked for me. To tell you the truth I liked my car the best with the tr220 cam only 366 rwhp I was running 11.7@114. I just should have bolted the 100 shot on it then and saved all my money. Sure the car makes alot more power now but I have since broken 10 trannys and a rear. BTW If ya want to trade the ls6 heads for some 5.3`s ill do it tomorow .

It did! It dynoed 15 hp higher through the TH400 than it did through a 4L60E w/ a loose converter... OLD CAM that made 420 was 232/242 574 on a 112...
New cam "Much Bigger"!!!! Will let the cat out of the bag after we dyno it. The car should be back together w/ it's new 346/ KOOKs exhaust/ and new Bump stick within 10 days or so...
Hoping to be a 450RWHP TH400 car...10.99 or bust...lol
I HAVE A FEELING THE AUTOMATICS AREN'T GOING DOWN W/ OUT A FIGHT THIS YEAR. RIGHT JER........

Sean so u made 405RW threw the 4L60e with the old setup and then 420RW w/the addition of the T400?

Boy that makes me happy,Its nice seeing someone who is showing real numbers instead of inflated BS.There so much of it going on its not funny.

I hope u hit that goal with the new setup.
Thanks for the info guys...

Yup!!!! The th400 has a very tight converter in it I think that is what made the difference...

No offaxis,I wasnt implying u had BS numbers...
Just that I'm sick of all these numbers being posted pne after another,we made this and then another shop we beat that by 5 then the 1st shop we now beat u and blah blah blah...

Take it to the track is my motto...

Thanks Sean that makes me real happy,Did u dyno the 405RW (232 Cam) threw your duel setup u have now or a cutout?

I'm redynoing next week after I check a few more things out..
Then its off to Atco

Nope no true duals here!! It is a 2 chamber w/ dual tail pipes only.
