2001 ss Today I ended up putting the SS on the dyno during the vegaslsx synod day at sin city performance. Two of the three runs imho are not really worth mentioning because the something was not right. No way I made 700 and 400+ ft-lbs of torque. From my understanding, there was a grounding issue on the first two runs. Anyways, the cleanest run that i had was 308rwhp and 324 rwtq.
My car has the following mode from Slp
- hurst shifter
- power steering cooler
- catback
The mods that i have added are,
- free RAM air mod
- Slp aftermarket lid.
What does everyone think about the numbers vs. Mods?

It seems reasonable .... bone stock M6 SS's were dyno'ing in the 270rwhp/280rwt range according to the road tests back in the day. There were several making a bit less and a handful making more. There are several variables to consider ... mileage, maintenance, weather conditions, fuel, etc.

The car is an M6.
The numbers are SAE corrected, so I think that the weather is taken out of it for the most part. I guess every dyno is a little different even if they are made by the same manufacture.
The car has just under 68k miles on it and seems the previous owner took very good care of it (don't know him but everything was really clean and the car has no rattles/etc).
Fuel, lol, was 91 octane (highest normal pump avalible in Vegas) from Sam's club. It seems to run great in all our cars, so I run it. I stay away from places like AM/PM and the like.
