^^^^ Dyno #'s should only be used as a tunning tool and that's it!! My Camaro has a LS2 402ci with a th350, full suspension and a 12bolt rearend and my car went 10.39@129mph weighing in at 3540lbs with me in it. What was said on page one was correct though. Either go FI or you need a better intake and more compression. I don't have the best intake on my motor either (ported Fast 90mm and TB) but we leaned on the cam a little more to help reach my goals..

Looks to me that the LSA is a little too large for a short runner (vic jr, super vic) intake. Youd be better of with at Least a ported LS6 or heavily ported LS2 intake and 90mm TB. Look up fasterproms and see if jeremy can help you find an intake for your setup. Compression is your biggest weak point in this combo n/A.

Not saying the headers aren't too small, but, I have a set of 1 3/4 stepped to 1 7/8 Edelbrocks what used to be an 11-1cr 418 and it made 469rwhp through a unlocked 80E (521rwhp locked).
Now for the Super Vic (I run one on my 418), I would not run an elbow for a NA set up. I run a 4150 adapter and a Dominator TB. I know that won't fit under an F-body cowl, but a Super Vic with a 4150 might. You will see much better results with out an elbow!
As others have stated, that compression/cam isn't the best combo. That cam should peak way beyond 5,700rpm.
Sure the intake set up could be hurting a bit, but are you sure you are not having valvetrain issues? Even with a LS1 intake I would think it could carry more RPM and make more power.

I think add the nitrous and a fast 102 with a 90mm throttle body will help alot.
I was in hopes of a 450hp+ base to spray a progressive 400shot on.
I will swap the intake, throttle body and maybe the maf. (the maf should flow 800cfm, even the throttle body is 78mm should flow 750cfm)
The build is intended for big spray or boost, but i still thought the dyno numbers were low.
Come to find out I also might need to correct the fuel injector data table in the tune. Funky Delphi injectors have given other tuners a little trouble.
I cant wait to bolt on a D1!
Thanks for all the input.
