IMO meth just complicates things, its all good for a max effort street car with no good fuels available, but not the best option to me..
Besides, we get E85 down here, so if it is going to switch fuels, it will likely be to E85, which I'd guess could be worth another 20 rwhp or more.
Thanks

True that.
Nicely done. That torque has GOTTA be fun. Diggin the white, of course i'm biased.

That being said - the smart money is on purchasing a new ECU and tuning it - and leaving the stock one untouched. Even then - EXPECT SVT to come onsite to inspect any 'blown motor' claims.

This particular car is going to the dealer on Tuesday for a few cosmetic things, and an oil change. There will be no problems.
FWIW, since we are on the topic, the ZL1 we did a few weeks ago spent a week at the dealership with some odd drivability issues, which was identified eventually as a bunk torque converter. They replaced the converter and car is running great, and at no point did they ever ask him if the PCM had been flashed, as there was no way for them to know.
Thanks
That kind of power from a tune only is absolutely insane.
I fully expect to see north of 700 rwhp when its all said and done, on 93 octane pump gas

I plan to be posting up in a week or two to discuss the '700 rwhp canned tune'.

Good times indeed....
