Dyno friendly mods....

For reference, how much do the following dyno "tricks" inflate the rwhp numbers? Say a H/C car dynoes 400 rwhp, roughly how much would each of the following add?

A. Aluminum flywheel
B. Carbon Fiber D/S
C. Belt removed
D. EWP
E. Any others?

Btw.. going from 3.42's to 4.10's in my car didn't hurt anything on the dyno.
