Default 2006 C6 A&A V3/Kooks/Corsa

This Corvette belongs to one of our local NC customers. He brought it to us with very minor modifications to install an A&A Vortech V3 supercharger kit. Since we offer free installation of headers and x-pipe during these blower installs, he felt the time was right to rid himself of the stock manifolds and swap to a set of Kooks 1x7/8"x3" headers and a 3"x3" catted x-pipe. We uninstalled his 3"x2x1/2" Bassani exhaust with integral x-pipe and swapped to the Kooks catted x-pipe that was part of the header/x-pipe package. We also installed a very nice Corsa 3" exhaust on his car that sounds awesome.

We ended up having to do some fabrication work to make the 3" Corsa C6 Z06 exhaust fit since it was intended for a manual transmission vehicle and this particular C6 is an automatic. If anyone is interested in what it took to make the Corsa exhaust fit I can PM you some pictures.

The car when it came in had the following modifications:
-K&N FIPK intake
-3"x2x1/2" Bassani exhaust
-Stock Manifolds
-Stock LS2 short block
-Stock heads
-Stock LS2 intake

While it was here we added the following:
-A&A Vortech V3 air to air intercooled supercharger kit
-3.8" pulley(9-10psi)
-Kooks 1x7/8"x3" stainless steel long tube headers
-Kooks 3"x3" catted x-pipe
-Corsa 3" cat-back exhaust for C6 Z06

I've over laid the baseline results for the C6 before the new modifications were installed along with the results after the modifications were installed and dyno tuned.

As you can see the car is a whole different animal! We we're very happy with the results as was our customer! We do a large amount of these A&A supercharger kits and our customers really like them and for good reason.

For a stock short-block these are very good numbers, and will show those Z06 owners whose boss!

Detoxx,

Don't you have similar modifications done to your Vette?

What numbers did you make? Trap speed?

Just looking to compare!

Thanks!
