For some reason I thought Mikey did the install. I should have read more carefully...

I don't know how all this got blow out of proportion. I posted in hopes of getting some advice from fellow Ls1 owners, and somehow got thrown in the middle of debate. Mike "I" brought you my car to have you tune it.You performed your duties, to the best of your abilities till "I" Called the session short because of gasket failure(I performed the work). Does it suck because I spent my hard earned money to get three pulls, a partial tune, and a bad gasket, YES. "I" made the choice to have you tune it, and understand you need compensation for your time, and services provided, that's not even in question.
Would it have been nice for you to extend a reduced price offer on a retune to insure everything is up to par, YES, do you have to make such an offer NO.
In the end I take full responsibility for what happened to the car.

I'll take of you when the time comes. I just don't like it when it's expected.

Your right mikey, I'm in the wrong. I'm sure you'll help us out as much as you can!

Well, two things were wrong that day for mikey! First, He just got back from aruba , because im sure you would have liked to stay there another week , Second, He was getting a tooth pulled that day also . It was just not a good day for anyone of us!

peace out yall

Mike dyno'd mine and did a professional fantastic job. I actually see both sides. The car was not worked on by Mike. He performed to the best with what he had to work with. If I came to him and blew my motor, I chalk it up to thats what happens when you mod it and wouldn't expect anything from Mike.

Now, on the flip side we all know how expensive it is to mod our cars and we ALL save money where we can. Best thing you should do/should have done was to call Mike and work out a retune price. He was very fair with me and I am sure/hope he would have been fair with you. Good luck and hope she runs good with the numbers you are looking for.
