Default what are the possibilities

I have a 2001 SS with all SLP options. Over the winter, I installed a Thunder Racing 224-112 camshaft with all the upgraded valvetrain stuff, SLP longtube headers with cats and y-pipe, loudmouth exhaust, 160* thermostat and BFG drag radials. I have the stock 3.42 10 bolt POS and an M6 tranny. I was recently tuned by Cartek. My dyno is showing ONLY 367 at the wheels!!!!
I would surely think that with the added mods over the winter I would show alot closer to the 400 mark than what I actually am. My quarter mile times have only improved by .1-.2 What are the chances that the guy who tuned my car didn't do such a good job? I ask this because I was running 12.8 seconds last year in the 1/4 and now I'm running 12.7 seconds. Please respond, I think I may go for another tune somewhere else.

What are all of your mods? Right off, those numbers seem fairly good for having SLP headers, cats, and relatively few mods. Do you have a pulley? A ported TB? Might want to try a different lid, some SLP lids are hurting in the hp department. The cats are probably costing you 3-5rwhp, and there are better headers, although on a slightly modded car, you might not gain anything with a header swap. A pulley, TB, and better lid would probably get you 10-15rwhp, putting you at ~380, which is about right, IMO. Some tuners are better than others, but I think your tune is fine. Any shop with any expeience at all should be able to dial in a 224/224 combo with their eyes closed, I'm sure Cartek did fine tuning it.
