Default AIR Tuned TT 02 TA on E

I took delivery on my car from my friend at American Intense Racing yesterday after having my car tuned and my clutch looked at and all I can say is WOW. Surpassed my expectations that's for sure. I had the shop install a Monster Triple Disc Clutch (Stage 1) and convert my car over to E85 and throw in a manual boost controller and a Exa Pump scavenge setup. For the fuel system I had a Walbro 450 thrown in as a secondary pump to my Walbro 255. Dual -8AN feed running through filters, blocked together then split to the rails. Boost referenced FPR up front with a -6AN return. This all feeds a set of Bosch 127lb injectors. Fuel system should be good for my ultimate goal of over 1000hp once I up the ante and get a block built. Swapped the stock intake and rails for the Vic Jr. with a 90* elbow and their rails that go with the setup. The Stage1 Triple Disc Monster Clutch took some getting used to as the engagement point was initially at the top of the pedal. It ended up having a slight slip issue but since it held fine for normal driving I broke it in and had Clint at AIR address it. Car came back with all of the clutch issues resolved (still on unmodified stock master cylinder setup to boot). It now feels like the stock clutch did difference being it now holds the power instead of the pedal sticking to the floor after going WOT. I must say, during the break in period I was starting to worry that I chose the wrong clutch but once the kinks were worked out, I'm loving it.

The engine is the stock LS1 with an APS Twin Turbo system (non extreme) (I know I know, borrowed time yada yada). I have that breathing through a Kooks True Dual 3in system all the way out back. I've got my Kooks modified with V-Banded intermediate pipes that I can swap my V-Banded stock cats in for emissions compliance Aside from that the car has a Pro5.0 shifter with a Lou's Short Stick mated to it.

The APS turbos are going to have to be addressed soon as one of them pushes oil even after the Exa pump was thrown on. You can see smoke on the WOT runs. It seems hit and miss on whether it smokes or not. Hopefully they hold out till I get some kind of replacements/upgrades in.

Anyways on to the good stuff. The car was previously making 606hp and 639lbft of torque. With all of the goodies on now, its at 692hp and 721lbft of torque. During the dyno session the car saw 804hp and 830lbft of torque but just to be safe(er) Im opting for the 692hp mark. The 804hp/830lbft tq was at 17lbs and caused the tires to spin on the dyno at about 90-95mph which is what caused the dip in the dyno but aside from that it looks like these baby turbos are making some good power and if it weren't for the smoking/oil issues, have some steam left in them.
