Hard to say on the dyno numbers since they vary and there are different kinds as well. What tire/wheel setup will you be running, and what is the weight of the vehicle?

I'm gonna be running a 255/60-16 drag radial and I'm running 1 3/4 headers to flowmaster but I always have the cut out open ! And the car it was in before was a Trans am with drop top and ran 11.88 without a cam and now i added one

What kind of ported 243s? Those Advanced induction heads? How much the car weigh? I have an LQ9 swapped 300zx and it has Ai 243s 229/234 .600/.600 114+2 cam, 25% UDP, aluminum Crank, headers, 3" dual exhaust 102TB and 102 ported FAST 100mm MAF...and a bunch of other crap.....curb weight is 3185lbs and it made 470whp and 433ft-lbs (SAE) on a dynojet.
