Drivetrain loss
my car it was 18% loss thru a TH400 and a 12 bolt rear. I engine dyno'd and then chassis dyno'd few weeks later in the car.
Convertor slip will paly a big part in this also. It's much easier to figure out numbers with a 6-speed.

My combo showed about 100hp & 60 lb ft TQ loss through a 4L85E & Moser 12 Bolt with 3:73 gears & spool in a 98 Camaro SS. Engine dyno'd 647hp & 580 tq on engine dyno, and 543rwhp & 521 rwtq on chassis dyno.

'09 (V2) Cad CTS-V M6 (manual) lost an average of about 13% while A6 autos lost an average of about 18%.
Different types of dynos (Dynojet versus Dynapak) will refledct / report different values for different characteristics (RWHP, RWTQ, A6, & M6).
Dynojet dynos seemed to be the most consistent overall.
