408 stroker numbers
Previously had my 408 running a turbo setup but went in a different direction this year and changing to an N/A setup.
Curious on guesses for power at the wheels (I know it's variable).
LQ9 408
Callies Compstar rods and crank
Wiseco +5cc forged pistons
PRC LS3 260cc heads
Holley hi ram
60lb Siemens injectors
Corn fed with full fuel system upgraded with Holley dominator 1400 pump and fuel cell, Turbosmart adjustable rising rate regulator (from turbo setup)
Stainless 4-1 1.75" headers. Not much else in way of exhaust

Cam has been ordered but I don't know the specs as yet as my friend had it spec'd for the setup.
Basically I'm bored right now and curiosity is making me post lol.
Feel free to add videos of you cammed 408 so I can spend a few hours watching vids
Reason for going back NA is mostly for reliability and ease tbh.
I'm planning on doing a few burnout comps with it and had a few issues with the turbo setup.
Dropped a valve and honesty, the money I sold the turbo gear for got the parts to get it going again, so I'm happy with that lol.
I didn't really like the low exhaust noise and sound from the turbo setup either.
I'd be happy with around 550ish rwhp. The turbo setup made 576rwhp with a pretty conservative tune and low boost so about the same amount of hp would be fine.
Plenty enough to shred tyres with

Just got it running, hope to have numbers within the week and track times within 2 weeks (still 6 speed manual).
Port matched the manifold with the heads, still running unleaded 98 for the time being, will go to e85 when I can get a good reliable supply where I am...
so i;m doing the rounds in the morning and letting them know we are going to be making a fair bit of noise.
will post when we get through with it...
Still around 2000rpm left to map out, as we are starting from scratch. Will be around 550hp and 600ish ftlb by time we are done.
Yea the pic shows 15° and 1013mBar but that is WRONG!
Check for yourselves, the weather in Alice Springs has been around 41° the whole week, and around 900mBar.
Should hopefully have it done in the morning and take it for a test tomorrow afternoon if everything else goes well.
Still on pump 98 also. (Not sure what that equates to in US)
