I've to say holding 4+ pounds of torque from 3000-6500 is sweet! Lemme know how many miles you get on your rear tires!!

Lemme put it this way...
Kooks true duals, uncatted 3". Somehow, I think they are louder than straightpipes. I was public enemy in my neighborhood for a while. Idle was about 115 dB on a dossimeter. Apparently you could hear it idle inside houses a block away. At 630AM.
I cut the kooks bullets off and installed a set of chokemaster DBX bullets, which were the quietest bullets I could find and still get laminar flow. Now, it's "only" 90 dB at idle.
Catted, I think would cut another 5-10 dB out. Adding a set of resonators before the axle would help a lot, but my neighbors all said they were fine with what I did.

Isn't that cam considered pretty big? Any surging under 30 mph?

Displacement absorbs cam. Especially stroke absorbs cam. Lots of 408's are cammed like 346 and can't breathe

I have kooks on my car and I will never go back to another Y pipe setup. Yes my car loud but it's also very distintive sounding from other cars I've heard.

I had to go back to post 1 for the numbers, but looks like your old exhaust was really choking it back:
571/541 vs 520/497 look right to you?

GAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your motor makes more than 571. Probably 580-585. He stopped pulling before it even peaked. You were going to hit peak power at 6300-6500, and the pull stopped at 6100.
Seeing this a lot lately where they stop the pull early. At least spin it to 7K and see how it carries past peak.
ok. /rant
