Default What The Crap ! ! ! ! ! !

Ok with air lid , loud mouth exhaust i dynoed at 315hp on my SS. I since then put on my new jet hot coated headers and y-pipe and made 312hp on the dyno what the heck is this where the tuning comes in? Do you think i will make more with a tune and how much.

hard to tell, get it tuned and find out. Generally LT's & ORY will give you anywhere from 10-30hp depending on who's it is.

Let me throw this in too i am a new to the dyno person not sure if this will affect it but the computer read 101f outside temp i think actual was about 97.

as long as they were corrected to sae that shouldnt effect your #'s much if at all

Same dyno? Atmospheric conditions, or were the #s corrected? Duration of time/mileage between dynos?

Proper tuning 'should' give you another 10 - 15hp.

I really was expecting more especially when you add the money up for the mods i mean they arent heads or cam but i just was hoping for more kind of disappointed when stock 2000 SS are putting out what i am with those mods, makes me want to sell the car now

dont worry about dyno #s, worry about your 1/4 time and 60ft

Well as soon as i get the new drag radials on i will see what she does, she ran 13.2 befre headers..... i guess that is a better way of looking at it i just hope it doesnt run worse cause then i will really be pissed
