Hooker cast manifold vs headers dyno test?

Has anyone seen this test done before? I searched and could not find anything. Im am strongly considering these in my LS swap swap.

engine masters did this recently if i recall the cast manifolds did good if the motor isnt heavily modified.

Thanks much appreciated ! I totally forgot about that episode. I have MTOD and just watched it again. Was down 20 hp/20 tq to the longtubes on a cammed LS3. Made 474 hp and 453 tq with them. Right at 494 with the longtubes and 473 tq. For my budget 6.0 type build might be the best option!
