Default ls1 swapped S2000 first dyno

I mostly lurk, but figured I would share this since I'm looking for suggestions

I've swapped an LS1 from an F-body into my s2000 with following mods.
Torquer V2 cam
243 heads
Jenvey ITB kit
10% ATI UD pulley

Exhaust is 1 5/8" block huggers from hooker into 3 inch piping that with a 3.5 y pipe at the rear axle with a 4in muffler.

Dyno pull video and dyno sheet:

Now here is the question:

How am I going to get another 60hp out of this motor? The goal from the start was 450whp. Obviously long tubes would help get a chunk of that, but I think I need some different heads.

243's are pretty good heads even in stock form. I would send them to one of the sponsors here and have them ported, as well as swapping to a 1 7/8in LT if you have the space. That should put you where you want to be

+1 on the 1-7/8" long tubes and porting the heads, that will gain huge...also if your 3" exhaust necks down to a single 3" y-pipe outlet, that will hurt you... I would upsize that outlet to 3.5" or 4", or go dual 3" all the way back..
Underdrive pulley will help some as well

Sweet build!

Yes I meant to clarify that. It's a 3.5 into a 4 inch muffler. Car has a 10% ATI UD

Wow that intake looks incredible!
It deserves MMS 220 or at least 223 Sportsmen Heads and a Cam Motion
LLSR, 1 7/8" LTs, 7500 RPM & 500 RWHP!

LOL obviously not with that intake! They certainly look badass but I would wager he would pick up across the board going to a Fast 92/92 combo with a plate kit for good measure!
