Different Dyno's?

Different Dyno's? Ok, I was under the impression that a dyno was a dyno but I've heard otherwise. So are there two kinds of dyno testing, I've heard of dynojet and something else.
What are the differences between them, and is one better than the other.
I just bought an 00 SS and I'd like to get it tested so I have a baseline muber for when I start doing mods to it. I'd like to know if either one of the tests would be better.
And also, I've been confused about why Chevrolet advertises these things with hp higher than what they dyno. Does Chevrolet advertise them with the flywheel hp, or something of that nature, which is why when chassis dynoing it's lower?
And last, can anyone give me a hp/tq prediction for what my car probably has?
00 SS, 33,XXX miles, with the SLP dual-dual exhaust system. My car is rated at 330 hp, 345 tq from the factory, but I want to know what that actually means in the real world.

Yes chevy rates them at the flywheel, However they underate them. They acutally have about the same as corvette at the flywheel. I think it 345 or 350. I believe the 00 dynos a little better than the 99 and below. It dynos a little worse than the 01s and above. Being an SS it still going dyno about what a z28 is and lower than an 01 or 02 z. Most stock dynos i have seen on here were 280s up for 98-99. THe 00 is the oddball im not sure exackly what they dyno. But the 01 and 02 usually hit 300+ stock.
