Dyno tuning problem

Dyno tuning problem Hey all. I'll try to make this a short story. Took my car to Hardcore Motorsports in Flint Michigan for tune and gears. Dyno was very shakey but I had 320 RWHP after the tune (up from 289 HP they say). Take the car to the track - end up going slower than before. I take the car back and they dyno it again. It now is dynoing 290 HP. They say there was a problem when they uploaded my tune etc. They also say they had a problem with their tuning software. They use Diablo software and put the tune in and give you a programmer to keep by the way. Well I get a call yesterday and they tell me that the dyno is much smoother now, no misfires, near perfect air to fuel ratio etc. BUT the car is only putting down 301 HP now. Tuner told me he is going to look into this and see what else he can do, but he is at a loss as to my HP difference. He is suggesting it could be weather conditions accounting for some of the difference, but dosen't a Dynojet account for that? It was probably 20 degrees higher in temp at MOST than last time. Would that account for 20 RWHP? Should I be concerned if he can't seem to squeeze anymore out of it. With all my mods and tuning I think I should be no LESS than 320 RWHP.

Don't know. I know they ran into some problems with their software though. They told me they were on the phone with Diablo sport for a day or so and they fixed their own software problem, and then i was also given another diablo unit of my own (still dont have the car back yet though). I don't know exactly what happened but they ran into some sort of problem with either my tuner, their own tuning software or both. But now the car has less power than the last time they tuned it. I should have at least 320 HP with my mods. I still have not heard from them yet today. Maybe they found the problem.
