Tbss intake Hey guys, was wondering what the dyno results were from a stock ls3 5.3 l59 truck style intake manifold and the popular swap of a tbss intake. I would be more interested in the results of the intake and how exactly it effects the powerband. Also any dyno results on Doug Thorley tri y long tube headers?

You're mixing up your manifolds. The L59 and TBSS manifolds are both cathedral port manifolds, while the LS3 is a rectangular head engine that uses a completely different intake manifold.
Comparing the Gen III truck intake with the Gen IV TBSS intake, the TBSS is slightly better than the other Gen IV truck intakes, and better than the Gen III truck intake (LM7/L59) by a somewhat wider margin.
