Default LS2 403 w/ECS Novi 2000

Haven't posted on this board for a while. Figured this would gets some views here with my build. Currently have a build thread over on CorvetteForums.

Quick run down of my build. It started 11 months ago after blowing a big chunk out of #5 piston on my stock LS6.

Thompson's LS2 403 ci 10.1-1
Callie's Compstar crank
Callie's Compstar Forged H beam rods (6.125)
4.005 bore
4.000 stroke
-12.7 CP Carrillo forged dish pistons
King main and rod bearings
ARP main and head studs
Custom Cam Motion from Landspeed
237/247 630/630 115+3
Landspeed Stage 3R 243 heads
248cc/90cc
2.02 Manley SS intake valves
1.575 Manley Severe Duty exhaust valves
Morrosso HPHV oil pump
Chris1313 dual 450 intank pumps
Full return system
FIC 85 injectors
LS6 intake/2 bar map for SD tuning
TSP pushrods
Johnson lifters

ECS Novi 2000 w/3.25 pulley
ATI 8" harmonic balancer
LG street series LTs
Corsa Xtreme
6 rib setup

The graph isn't the best as I was not there during the pull so my tuner sent me a screen shot. This particular pull was the last one as it snapped a belt at 6300. Since he's short on time (vacation) we are gonna finish it up later but I needed the car back for HRPT coming up in a couple of weeks. He was struggling to get me in this week but got most of the SD tune done.

18* timing and 11 psi for this pull. I'm on 93 pump gas and don't plan to run anything else.

Results 733/641 at 6300 but it still has a little more room.

So I forgot to update this thread. Since the original post, I started having belt problems. I was snapping brand new belts at high rpm shifts. Research and talking with ECS came to the conclusion that I had too much slack and possible belt slip. During the last belt snap, it took out my oil drain line along with ripping out the fitting in my pan.

So after debating since the oil pan had to be replaced, let's upgrade to a 8 rib while being fixed and then get back to the tuner for the rest of tuning.

So after 6 hours on the dyno here is the results.

766/653 @11psi

The car is still dropping off at 6300. Not sure why. 2 belt sizes shorter and 8 rib setup, there shouldn't be belt slip but can't confirm. Valve float? Maybe. Maxed out on intake and TB? Possibly.

At this point I was just ready to drive it. Maybe I'll dig deeper next spring but I feel like there's something holding it back.

That's where mine was dropping off as well. Also LS6 intake.

Good numbers though.
