I have tuned a 02 Z28 that we got 381rwhp once.....car averaged 371-375 most of the time. Longtube race headers, dual 3inch, shortbelt, ported TB, ec ect. And TONS of dyno runs to get it perfect BTW, Car ran 119.xmph @ ~3400 pounds, so the power was there...not a dyno fudge.

i've seen one guy around here that put down over 400 with bolt ons. Still running water pump and alt. I didn't believe it either but i'll see if i can get the dyno graph for you guys. It was like a 00-02 Ram Air T/A.

Its impossile for a stock internal car to hit 400hp with all the bolt ons. Not going to happen.

Default 353 Rwhp....

With just the mods in my sig., I made 353 rwhp...take note though, that I'm running a stock cam, LS1 Intake (not LS6, yet), stock heads (with 2.02/1.60 valves and very mild port and polish work; done by hand, and the SLP 1.85:1 rockers), Heavy 17x11 Torque Thrust IIs with 315 35/ZR17, stock driveshaft, Stock 3.42 rearend, and McLeod Street Twin clutch. Getting ready to upgrade to Comp Cams 230/230 .581/.581 cam, REV dual springs with Titanium Retainers, more polish work on my heads, Pro Mag 1.75:1 rockers, Comp Cams "R" lifters, and SLP LS6 Intake. I'll post new numbers when I get everything installed.

PS: If you're ever in the San Antonio, TX area, check out Corey over at Dynotex Racing (dynotexracing.com). He's a genius when it comes to anything automotive and has a new dynojet dyno and all the editing software. My dad and I custom built a Turbo/EFI setup for an aircooled VW motor using a TB from a 1990 Camaro and an ECM and injectors from a 1990 Corvette, and Corey got the programming perfect for us. He also did the tuning on my Camaro SS.

I dynoed 350rwhp & 355rwtq before the LSX intake & HS 1.8 rockers that some people consider bolt ons. After those 2 items I got 370rwhp & 360rwtq. All SAE #s, thru an A4.

Port and polish work along with Rockers do not count as bolt ons. Sorry

has to be anything outside the engine and outside of valve covers. Intake manifold is as about as extreme as you can go and call it bolt ons.
