The A/F spiked at the end from the gauge falling out of the exhaust at the end.

It seems like the cam is peaking a little early for a TR224 114, but the power looks about right for your mods.
I noticed also that with my true duals, I get a "stepped" look to my torque curve that wasn't there with the y-pipe setup. My stock cam, 2.5" Magnaflow duals torque curve looks very similar to yours...except only around 340 peak torque.
