Default HP From a Tune?

I dyno'ed today at 320ph and 319tq, I don't have a scanner to get the chart up. My car is a '99 A4 Trans Am WS6, the engine was rebuilt about 3 months ago and everything in the heads were replaced, as were the pistons, I have ported SLP heads, SLP cam 214/222 115lsa, LT headers ory and flowmasters. I still have my ls1 intake and my tranny is slipping more and more. Could these things comtributate to lower numbers and would a dyno tune up the numbers pretty good? Thanks

The flowmasters and LS1 intake can atribute for a lot.
