Really low numbers....... Ok about 6 months ago I spun a bearing on my #5 piston due to unloading the crank when I smacked all 8 intake valves on the pistons when I installed a cam 2 teeth out. I then bought Vince's old motor out of his 99' Vette that put down 331.5rwhp/346.3rwtq with Borla's and a Stinger intake with and LS1 intake on the car. I don't remember if those numbers were corrected or not but still non the less what I'm about to type is really sad. I had the motor installed by a local shop that I'm friends with. I went with a FM13 cam(230/232 .595/.585 @.50 112) and all the other mods in my sig. Basically a full bolt-on car. With my cut-outs open I only put down 384.3 and 381.2. I know for a fact that I'm running extremely rich but would that cause my numbers to be that low? Here's the graph and they are SAE. Any input on what to do besides get some dyno time in? I didn't log the runs as I didn't have my Edit cable to make changes or Auto-tap with me so I didn't bother with A/F ratio's.
Yes running pig rich can make you lose that much. That's why people can pick up 15-25 rwhp on a good dyno tune. The F13 usually dynos between 400-415, so with a tune you will be right on mark.
