Default TSP torquer dyno #'s

I just took out my tsp 231/237 and installed the tsp 233/233

The car made 391 rwhp / 370 rwtq cutout open.
Made 384rwhp / 360 rwtq through a Hooker catback.
Made over 300 ft.lbs of torque from where the graph started( 2800 ) to the limiter 6700. Hp peaked at 6350

I have a lid ,LT headers, ory, 4.10 gears, cutout. self ported tb.
This was on a Superflow dyno.

do you have a graph? Not bad for 4.10s in the rear. Get a pulley and you'd hit the 400 mark. Nice

I didnt dyno the other cam ,but their is no comparison in the bottom end the torquer has tons more by seat of the pants feel. the top end is very close hard really to say which is better, the torquer cam drives better by far. all in all I am really happy with the cam.

Idles better and starts 10 x's better.

It sound a little healthier than the 231/237.

I was there while it was dyno'd. The car sounds AWESOME, idles and startups as smooth as a 224, but has a good lope to it. It's definetly a strong cam only car.

Do you have a new clutch or get a dual timing chain or LS6 Oil Pump?
I'm thinking of doing same cam and have Headers Duals, getting shifter and lid but was wanting to know how far with support mods I have to go? Also I'm running stock 3.42 gears..

That's where mine is too...along with a 700r4. I'm not losing overdrive until I ruin this one and go through that 700r4

taufern: A local guy in Lexington tuned it for him as well as my car and a few others. He doesn't have a business or anything, just likes tuning cars and happens to be good at it...very good.
