Default Any 2002+ LS6, or LS1 modded to LS6, with Dynatech LT headers and dyno sheets?

Title says it. I'm researching some mods and sure would like to see the effect the Dynatechs have on the, basically stock, 2002-2004, Z06 LS6 engine, or an LS1 with LS6 heads and cam, etc. Modded engine results welcomed also. I'd really appreciate any information anyone can provide. I've tried several forums for dyno sheets with no success. Thanks for any help you can give me...I'd really appreciate it!

I don't think such specific info will be found. A set of long tubes on an ls6 is definately a worthy mod however.

Thanks for the comeback. I did a search, though, and there are a lot of folks on LS1tech with LS6 heads and cams. Most all of them discuss what kind of power their car is putting out and I was hoping that someone had a dyno graph of a longtube header install on such a combo...wouldn't even have to be Dynatech, though that's the one I'm looking hardest at. I'm thinking about +20 hp/trq after a dyno tune, but I could be low.

If you bought a vette, you might as well pay the 'vette tax and get a set of LGM headers. They put down the best numbers for 'vettes. Otherwise, look @ Kooks or QTP. I wouldn't waste my time with lower quality headers on a nice car like that.

The Dynatechs are good LT's also.

LT's are such an important mod as a foundation for future mods, I don't see it as an "is it worth it?" argument. Yes, it's damn worth it.

I have an LS6 motor in my car and with headers and a tune laid down 389.5 rwhp/387 tq. This is a crate engine from GM. A recent test shows that these same motors in a ZO6 vette laid down about 365-367 rwhp. The 405 hp advertised is at the flywheel. Mine does about 456 at the flywheel and the recent test of this same type engine in GMHT show the same output on the same type motor with the same mods as I have.

So headers are good for a nice 20-25 rwhp IMO on an LS6. I can get you the graph of my dyno run of you would like.

I would REALLY like to see your dyno graph, if possible. Please post it here or email it to me. Thanks!

So in my conclusion, headers are good for a nice 20-25 rwhp IMO on an LS6. I can get you the graph of my dyno run of you would like.
In addition to this, I wanted to add that there is also a greater parasitic loss in the driveline of a vette from the flywheel to the ground and that of an Fbod from the flywheel to the ground. That could be a difference in the HP from this engine in the these two very different types of cars IMO.

Thanks and sorry it took me so long to post it up.

I have plans for mods over the next two years that include porting and polishing the heads, a TSP 233/239 or magic stick, underdrive pulleys, possibly a forged stroker kit to 383 or more, and I have been reseaching everything I can about a procharger (7psi to 15 psi) on top of this.

My eventual goal is to hit somewhere between 500 and 600 rearwheel hp and as much tq and hopefully keep it drivable on a daily or regular basis. The only thing I don't want to do at this point is NO2 and I can see that changing down the road....

The cam goes in this spring sometime and the Strange 12 with 4:10's goes in this summer.

Let me know how yours pans out and share the numbers with me.
